Haiku.

These are the two Haikus (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haiku)  that I had to write for English class last year. (:

The candles are lit.
Quickly blow, but one remains.
No birthday wishes.

I have work to do,
But my pencil snaps in two.
I find one that's new.

The "berry" awesome adventures of Hannah & Jessica.

Jessica (Left) shows off her beautiful wildflowers she found in the woods while picking blackberries!
Hannah (Right) takes in the delicious scent of Jessica's yummy flowers(: While they both were slacking on their jobs "resting" under a cool shade tree!

 
    Once upon a time two cousins took a trip to the top of a magical mountain. There were tons of blackberries so the girls decided to pick them. The journey to the top was a struggle. Then, the girls heard a strange noise. They were being followed by wild kitty cats. The kitties climbed up their legs and sat on their shoulders. After a few minutes of picking Jessica said, "Is this a bad time to say I have to pee?" Jessica, being the country girl that she is, decided to go find a tree. When Jessica returned she said, "I found a secret place!" There were tons of berries in her "secret place." We picked until it became very dark. We could barely make it down the steep mountain. The girls decided to be good citizens and carry the exhausted kitties down the giant mountain in their baskets. When we returned home Jessica reached into her back pocket and was astonished when her hand came out empty. Jessica said," Oh no! My phone is gone!" Hannah looked at her and said, "It must have fallen out when you took a squat in the woods!!" The girls decided to go back up the mountain early the next morning.
    The next morning the girls hiked back up the mountain and found the phone where Jessica had squatted. There were many mystical creatures frolicking through the woods. They were very shy and ran away. ): Hannah and Jessica returned home and they lived happily ever after.
